Location is superb.

Clean room but the stairs are a challenge if you're not fit.

We had a lovely time with the kids, especially relishing the soft mattress and enjoying the clean room. The pool was a great escape for us, and we also took advantage of the cozy lounge area. The only thing that was a bit off was the lack of extra towels, but the staff was helpful when we asked for more. 😊

The place was super close to Paddington station, which was a huge plus for us. The room was clean and cozy, just what we needed! The mattress was a bit too soft, but it was fine for one night. Plus, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a nice continental breakfast too. Just be ready for some city noise!

I had a pleasant stay for two nights. The staff were accommodating and made check-in a breeze. I appreciated the small café on-site for breakfast. their fresh pastries are a must-try. Just a heads-up to book early, as the cozy rooms fill up quickly!

The location close to Paddington Station was fantastic! I appreciated how easy it was to explore London. The bed was comfy, and I had a good sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water. The room felt cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me. the bathroom could use some attention. it wasn't as clean as I expected. I noticed one toilet paper roll had a strange yellow substance on it. there wasn’t a bathmat, so drying my feet after the shower was inconvenient. While the ambient noise from the trains didn’t bother me, it might be a downside for others. it was a decent stay at a reasonable price considering the location.
